P.S. One of my favorite books "Influence: The Psychology of Persuasion" by Robert Cialdini tells a wonderful story. It went something like this: a woman trying to sell some beautiful turquoise jewelry in her store. Stumped and frustrated she gave up. She left for vacation giving instructions to her manager to mark everything off 50% to get rid of it. Upon her return she was relieved, if not a bit sad, to see it all finally gone. She commented about the sale to her manager who looked at her with surprise. "I thought you said to mark it all UP 50%. I did and the jewelry flew out of the store."

The owner peforned a price test without ever knowing it but she'll never forget the lesson it taught her. Cheaper doesn't always sell better.
